Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination:
- Standard: 5–8 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at [your contact email] and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Morbid Heart is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
